The project counts with two coordinators in charge of the whole project.

David Ramiro Troitiño is our project leader. He is a specialist on EU affairs with multidisciplinary education. He has published over 180 articles on EU related topics. He holds:

David works in Tallinn University of Technology, in the Law department, leading partner of this project. TalTech Law School contributes to the fulfilment of the mission of Tallinn University of Technology (TalTech) by providing high-level research and studies. Additionally, he works in Turku University as European Union specialist of INVEST  https://intranet.utu.fi/en/

Archil Chochia is another pillar of this project.

Dr. Chochia, (M) is a researcher at Tallinn Law School of Tallinn University of Technology and a coordinator of the doctoral school, he has been working at Tallinn University of Technology since 2009. He is a managing editor of Baltic Journal of European Studies. Dr. Chochia obtained doctoral degree from Tallinn University of Technology in 2013, while he has previously studied at University of Scranton, USA and Tbilisi State Medical University, Georgia. He has been managing several projects at the university. He has more than 50 publications as articles in peer-reviewed academic journals, chapters in books, doctoral dissertation and conference papers. His research fields of interest are Law and Technology, Ethics of Law and Technology, the European Union, EU integration.
